Return Policy

At Ghodexartyxmalon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your interior decor product purchases. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, interior decor products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ghodexartyxmalon.world or call +64 4 889 3741. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization. Please include your order number and reason for return when contacting us.

Once we receive and inspect your returned interior decor product, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
